The AeroPress is a coffee maker like non-other. While not a true espresso maker nor a french press, it utilizes principles from each to brew a wonderfully satisfying cup. Like the french press, the AeroPress utilizes the full-immersion of the coffee grounds in water and like an espresso machine, it extracts the brewed coffee under high pressure. The AeroPress produces a low acid (smooth) and rich cup.
For the coffee enthusiast who loves to control all the parameters of extraction, the Aeropress allows you to control: brew temperature, brew-time, extraction pressure, agitation, and volume. We love this little brewer for pulling the most from single origin coffees.
