Perhaps the most unique method (and in our opinion one of the best) method for making coffee, the syphon (also called a vacuum pot) will give you the ability to bring out the subtle nuances of single origin coffees that are easily lost in other brew methods. If you are into the romance of coffee, the visual and sensory experience of the process, a syphon might be for you. Keep in mind Syphons are not "Set-it and Forget-it" and require the user to be intimately involved in the entire process.
