Shipping

$5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING is available for most items under $75 within the Lower 48 States.  Shipping method for all flat rate shipments is at the full discretion of Venia Coffee.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $75 & OVER.  All orders $75 and over ship for free unless marked differently on the product’s page.  Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.  The method of free shipping will be at the discretion of Venia Coffee and is dependent upon size, weight, and destination.  For larger orders items will generally ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, smaller orders will generally ship via USPS. 

All Espresso Machines, Grinders, and Electric Coffee Makers ship free via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground, unless otherwise noted. A tracking code will be sent with your shipping confirmation email. 

Only Coffee or Tea orders will be shipped to PO Boxes.  All other orders must be shipped to street addresses. 

We will try to accommodate any special shipping needs as they arise, but any cost changes will be the responsibility of the purchasing customer.   Once an order ships any changes to the order will no longer be possible. 

If an item must be redirected or returned to us while in transit, you may be liable for any service fees we are assessed by the carrier.

 

International Orders

At this time we are unable to ship orders internationally. 

 

Returns

Our goal is that by the time you purchase a product from Venia Coffee you are knowledgeable and informed and have the best product for your specific need.  If, however, you are not satisfied with your Venia Coffee purchase, we offer a 30 day from date of shipment no questions asked return policy for new espresso machines, electric coffee makers and grinders.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an eligible item, simply contact us within 30 day of when your item shipped to request a return authorization number (RA#). 

 

Our Satisfaction Assurance Return Policy Details:

 

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your Espresso Machine, Grinder, or qualifying electric coffee maker purchase, contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date for a no hassle Return Authorization Number (RA#).

*No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. 

*The cost of returning any item(s) will be solely the responsibility of the purchasing party. We strongly suggest insuring the shipment for your protection. 

*Items must be returned in their original packaging in like-new, clean condition. 

*All parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and any other item that shipped in the box with your item must be returned.

*Item must not have any dents, scratches, stains, or other damage caused by the user. 

*Item must be clean of all coffee stains, grounds, water marks, etc...essentially in the same condition as you received it. 

*Any machine with a water reservoir or boiler must be properly emptied.  Contact us for help if needed. 

Once we receive your properly returned item, one of our staff will evaluate the item for compliance and initiate a refund for the purchase price minus the original cost of shipping and handling. 

If item has any signs of damage and/or misuse, our staff will assess the damage and you may be charged refurbishment fees. 

Any unopened and unused free items included at the time of purchased must also be returned in new condition in their original packaging, or you will be charged their current posted price. 

Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept the return of any consumable items such as coffee beans, syrups, and teas.  You will be charged the current purchase price of these items with the return of your item. 

*NOTE: We strongly recommend insuring your item with the carrier you choose.  We cannot be responsible for any damage during return transit. 

 

Return of Non-Electric Items & Accessories

We will take returns on any unopened and unused non-electric item or accessories within 30 days of the original shipment date.  Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Before returning your item, a unique RA# must first be attained by emailing us at CustomerService@VeniaCoffee.com.  Once we receive your returned item, we will assess that it is unopened and unused and apply a credit to your original payment method for the original purchase price minus any shipping and handling costs if the item originally shipped for free. 

 

 Return of Edible and Consumable Items

Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept the return of any consumable items such as coffee beans, syrups, and teas.

 

Damaged Items

We take great care to package your shipment to assure it arrives to you exactly as it was when it left our doors.  If, however, upon receiving your shipment from Venia Coffee you notice any damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 5 Days of receiving your item.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.  We will help you file a claim with the shipping company if needed and/or work to repair or replace your damaged items.  You may be required to return you damaged item to us.  If this is needed, please mindfully repackage your item to prevent any further damage.
