Because of the specialized nature of commercial coffee and espresso equipment, we have different policies and terms that apply to commercial & wholesale merchandise. Please read thoroughly before making your purchase.  We strongly encourage customers to call us at 206-719-8123 with any questions before making a purchase. 


Commercial Sales Terms & Policies:

-Most commercial items are special order items and can take some lead time before being shipped after your purchase.  We will do our best to communicate this with you, but  please plan your project accordingly.




-Many of these machines require professional installation for the manufacturers warranty to be honored.  Venia Coffee will be able to install the commercial machines we sell within Northwest Washington.  For our customers outside Northwest Washington, we can assist you in finding a factory authorized installer for your project. Please call us to confirm you are within our installation area.

-Please contact us to verify if installation is included with the purchase price of your commercial merchandise for your shipping area.  Outside Northwest Washington, customer will be responsible for charges incurred from a factory authorized installer.  All required electrical connections, water supplies, and drains must be in place before installation and must meet manufacturer's specific specifications for machine(s) before installation can occur.

-Many Manufacturers require an authorized installer to perform installation on commercial machines/merchandise for warranty to be honored. 

-Purchase price does not include recommended scheduled maintenance. 



-Shipping and Freight charges are not included in Commercial purchases and not eligible for free or flat rate shipping.  We will be happy to assist you in arranging freight for your item(s) and communicate costs to you. 


Shipping Damage:

-Before accepting any commercial shipment, carefully examine for any signs of damage BEFORE SIGNING receipt of shipment.  Once you sign, you are agreeing that the shipment arrived safely and intact to you and are waiving the shipping company of any liability for damage.  Report any damage to shipping company immediately (before accepting shipment and signing).  Take photos and document damage as well.  Venia Coffee cannot be held responsible for damage that occurred during shipping that was not reported to the shipping company before accepting shipment. 

-Call us immediately if damage is present.  DO NOT USE THE MACHINE if damaged.

-Damage must be reported to us within 5-Days of receiving shipment.

-Keep all damaged packaging, parts, and merchandise as the shipper may require these for a claim to be filed.



 -Each company has different warranty policies.  Please call us with any questions before purchasing your commercial merchandise.

-Venia Coffee is the provider of warranty service and support on many of the machines we sell, generally limited to parts replacement.  Please review warranty information specific to your merchandise before purchase.

-Any parts included in warranty coverage shipped from us will be charged a shipping and handling fee. 

-Some parts may be shipped from the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee inventory.

-Accessories and parts such as grinder burrs, gaskets, glass breakage, portafilter baskets / handles, and wands are not covered by warranties.  We suggest keeping a supply of these parts in-house to minimize any downtime. 

-Parts and labor costs for regular and routine maintenance specified by the manufacture are solely the responsibility of the customer. 


Return Policy:

-We are unable to offer returns on commercial & wholesale merchandise.  All COMMERCIAL SALES ARE FINAL.  To assure you purchase the correct items for your project, please ask as many questions as you need before your purchase.


Other Notes:

-As much as we try to keep photos and product descriptions current, many commercial products are continually evolving and manufacturers reserve the right to change their products without our prior knowledge.  Images may not be identical.  Any non-functional changes made by the manufacturer can not be considered a misrepresentation .  We will do our best to inform you of any changes we are  made aware of at the time of your purchase.

-We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but will always do our best to communicate current pricing to our customers.  Please call us before your purchase.  Any price changes or sales discounts exclude previously purchased equipment.
